Now and Then Fall Colors

The same trees 8 years ago (2006) about 2 weeks later in the season ...

  4. John, I remember that once the trees turned colors, it wasn't long until they were gone from the trees completely....and then it was raking time!

  8. Just beautiful, John! What strikes me is just how it looks so much like where my mother lives.

    By the way, I too found that Fall here isn't as vibrantly coloured as in days gone by. I think it may have something to do with the weather (heat/humidity) which also played havoc with some gardens like mine :-(
