Birds and Flowers -- First Day Issues [Part 7]

    I would never be board with these cute bird images. They are lovely postcards..I wish I had my own collection. The Chickadee is one of my favorite birds along with my own state of Maryland bird the Oriole.. Great post, thanks for sharing. Enjoy your day!

    I am always happy to see chickadees, and two in one day! I have been listening to their mating song during the past few weeks. I think of those two notes as saying, "pick me!" :-)

    Hello John, the little chicadees are very cute. I've always had a soft spot for the very small birds though I do like most birds. This post card series is wonderful. It reminds me of when I was a kid in elementary school. We used to learn about the the birds, flags and flowers that were the symbols of different provinces and states. Not that I remember much but these days I don't think kids learn any of that.
