Mid-November Trees around Seattle

We got many nice comments on earlier posts featuring fall colors and trees around Seattle. Here's an update with photos taken on recent days ...

Just about peak color
on these young trees
in our neighborhood.

Our first photo in October 20 post looked
at these same trees but from the
opposite direction.

A couple of cloudy day shots ...

Closer looks ...

Sometimes just looking skyward gives
a palette of colors.
We saved closest for last.
Thank you for stopping by John's Island.

  1. John, the close up is really petty with the variegated colors. And it's interesting to see the color change for cloudy day shots.

  2. Nice! We have some good looking trees just north of you, but they are almost all past their peak color. :-)

  3. WOW! Thanks for sharing these beauties. That red color is outstanding with the blue sky background.

  4. Very pretty. Just a memory in my neck of the woods. All the leaves are gone and the trees are bare. Just waiting now till they are pretty covered in snow.
